We Make Impact turns every $20 into an Empowerment Package which includes 1 Filter Fountain (eliminating 98.7% of bacteria) and access to the skills, tools, and resources to build filters for sale in the community & break out of the poverty cycle. 

Philanthropists fund an Empowerment Package with a 20 USD donation. Within 1 week, a local entrepreneur passes the Filter Fountain assembly, maintenance, and sales tests through hands-on training with our experienced entrepreneurs.

Over the course of a month, the entrepreneurs go through legal, operational and sales training to become a self sufficient and profitable business. The We Make Impact family offers ongoing support as they grow their business including access to our partnerships, raw material discounts, Knowledge Library, and many more perks.

In our Uganda pilot, selling 3-10 Empowerment Packages per day represents 3-26x the average Ugandan income. Our model creates a ripple effect of economic opportunity while providing many with access to reliable clean water. The medium-term goal is to not rely on philanthropists to fund new micro-franchises.
